From the experiences of people who have had access and witnessed its public acclamation in Guinarona, Philippines, the 15th Century relic of San Pascual Baylon is nothing short of powerful. The common theme is, “Nakakapanindig ng balahibo! (It causes my hair to stand on end!)”
